The flow characteristics of electric control valves exhibit linear or equal percentage characteristics (the advantage of equal percentage characteristics is that they can be used in situations with high flow rates).


2. When the valve opening increases, a large pressure difference (P) should be formed at the inlet and outlet, so that the force generated on the side correspondingly increases; On the contrary, it decreases. Therefore, the flow rate can be adjusted by changing the valve opening.

3. Electric control valves usually consist of two parts: a main control device and an auxiliary control device. The electrical signal emitted by the main electrical device is converted into an electromagnetic force through an electrical converter to drive the actuator to operate; The electrical signal of the auxiliary electrical device is converted into electromagnetic force through the electrical converter to drive the locator to move and drive the valve locator for displacement positioning.

4. There are three structural types of electric control valves: straight stroke, angular stroke, and multi turn.

5. Due to the fact that pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual actuators can generally only achieve linear motion, and in some special cases where rotational or reciprocating motion is required, gear and rack transmission devices can be used to achieve the above functions. (such as a dual seat pneumatic film cutting device)

6. According to different requirements, different types of auxiliary devices can be configured, such as air filter and pressure reducer groups, air source treatment triplets, and other accessories to meet the requirements and usage conditions. (Note: Some models of products already come with air filter and pressure reducer groups).

7. According to the different usage environments, explosion-proof electric control valves or ordinary electric control valve products can be selected. (Note: Some models of products already come with explosion-proof auxiliary devices)
