Firstly, the applicable range of the all-weather breathing valve is:

The new all-weather breathing valve is suitable for storing Class A oil products with a flash point below 28 ℃ and Class B oil products with a flash point below 60 ℃, such as gasoline, benzene, methyl benzene, kerosene, light diesel, engine oil, crude oil, and chemical product storage tanks with similar properties. The all-weather breathing valve can be used in conjunction with the ZGB corrugated flame arrester.


Secondly, 24-hour maintenance and upkeep of breathing valves:

For the safety of using the all-weather breathing valve, check whether the guide rod and valve disc are flexible before use. The all-weather breathing valve should be checked regularly (within 6 months) to ensure that the positive and negative valve discs of the ventilation port are flexible, and the contact surface of the valve disc is not damaged. If there is any damage, it should be repaired immediately. After maintenance, everything is normal and can be reused.

The control pressure should be adapted to the relevant pressure bearing capacity. 


3. The specifications of the mechanical breathing valve should meet the maximum inlet and outlet breathing gas flow requirements of the oil tank.
Fifth, the installation and maintenance of the breathing valve should pay attention to the following matters
All types of breathing valves should be installed vertically. There should be no resistance at the outlet of the breathing valve to avoid compression. Before installation, the breathing valve should be specifically tested and its sealing should be checked. Regular inspections should be conducted on the breathing valve in use.
