The valve stem of WZ41H corrugated pipe gate valve adopts a double sealing structure of corrugated pipe and packing, ensuring no leakage sealing at the valve stem, especially suitable for pipelines with flammable, explosive, toxic and valuable media. The sealing structure of corrugated pipes is designed reasonably, resistant to fatigue, and has a long service life. Bellows gate valves are suitable for cutting or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with a nominal pressure of PN1.6~16MPa and a working temperature of -29~350 ℃.

Product features

1. The key component of the corrugated pipe sealed gate valve is the metal corrugated pipe. The lower end is automatically welded with the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded with the connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem.

2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, and the sealing surface is streamlined with the medium, resulting in better sealing performance and longer service life.

3. Dual sealing design (bellows+packing): If the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and comply with international sealing standards.

4. The valve cover comes with a grease fitting, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve, unlike traditional methods that only lubricate the threads.
