When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a certain standard filter screen, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it.

Security filters are generally installed in front of pressure vessels to remove small particles with a turbidity of 1 degree or higher to meet the requirements of subsequent processes for incoming water. Sometimes they are also installed at the end of the entire water treatment system to prevent small particles (such as broken resin) from entering the finished water.
