The materials of the J61Y forged steel self sealing globe valve body include A105, F304, F304L, F316, F316L, F11, and F22. Work pressure is 1.6-42MPA (American standard ranges from 150LB-2500LB). Working temperature -20 ℃ -550 ℃, valve diameter ranges from DN10-DN50. Connection method: flange, threaded or welded. The J61Y forged steel self sealing globe valve adopts a pressure self tightening valve cover design. The valve body and valve cover are connected by threads, and the internal pressure self sealing ring is used for sealing. Equipped with high pressure and designed to withstand high temperatures, it is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines in thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, and petrochemical systems. The small diameter high-pressure shut-off valve can be replaced by a needle valve, which can also be used for flow or pressure regulation, but it does not require high adjustment accuracy, and the pipeline diameter is relatively small, making it suitable for selection.

Working principle

The pressure bearing parts such as the J61Y forged steel self sealing globe valve body and valve cover are integrally forged (tire model forging), and the valve body flange can also be welded and threaded. The valve stem head is designed with a conical upper sealing surface, and when the valve is fully open, the upper sealing seat of the valve cover is tightly matched without external leakage. The connection forms between the valve body and valve seat include flange connection and welding. On the valve body, the alloy layer or stainless steel valve is directly processed on the valve body, and the thickness of the welding layer is equal to or greater than 2mm.
