When a power outage occurs during the operation of the pipeline, negative pressure may occur at any time when the pump is stopped, which can cause pipeline vibration or rupture. The exhaust (suction) valve quickly sucks in a large amount of air to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture and ensure pipeline safety.

Floating ball exhaust valve

Folding cylinder exhaust valve

It is a new device made based on the principle of the cylinder, which is different from any other intake and exhaust valve. Its principle is to use a float lever to control the pneumatic diaphragm action inside the cylinder, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the valve body exhaust port. Under high pressure (below 1MPa), both pressurized and non pressurized gases can be discharged at high speed, regardless of whether it is between multiple water columns or gas columns.
