Product Overview:

H76H and H76W double disc butterfly check valves, also known as double disc swing check valves, are composed of parts such as valve body, valve disc, valve stem, and spring. They are connected in a clamp style and have a compact structure. Due to the short closing stroke of the valve disc and the spring loading, the closing speed is fast, which can significantly reduce water hammer phenomenon. The product has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, sensitive action, reliable sealing, and convenient installation. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and is suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and strong oxidizing media. The H44 flange connected swing check valve, which is traditionally used in China, has disadvantages such as bulky volume, high fluid resistance, high water hammer pressure when the valve is closed, difficult installation and maintenance, and short service life. The valve supply network has developed and produced a series of clamp type check valves to address the problems of traditional flange structure check valves. The H76 clamp double disc rotary check valve has a short structural length, small volume, light weight, fast valve disc closing, low water hammer pressure, convenient installation, low fluid resistance, sensitive action, good sealing performance, short valve disc stroke, small closing impact force, simple and compact overall structure, and long service life High reliability characteristics.
