Working principle:

When the medium flows into the valve body as indicated by the arrow on the valve body, the pressure of the medium exerts an upward thrust on the valve disc. When the thrust of the medium exceeds the gravity of the valve disc, the valve opens. When the force exerted by the pressure of the medium behind the valve on the valve disc plus the gravity of the valve disc itself is greater than the force exerted by the pressure before the valve on the valve disc, the valve closes to prevent the medium from flowing back.

2. The valve has a complete structure, simple and compact, with low impact force when closed, low water hammer pressure, long service life, and high reliability.

3. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, with light weight and no need for valve supports.

4. The flow channel is unobstructed, the fluid resistance is small, and the valve disc can fully open at a very small pressure difference.

5. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welding, which has high hardness, erosion resistance, and durability.
