Used for steam heating equipment, steam pipeline network, and condensate recovery system, it can quickly, automatically, and continuously discharge condensate, effectively preventing steam leakage. Working principle: The free floating ball steam trap utilizes the principle of buoyancy. The floating ball rises and falls according to the amount of condensed water, and changes with the water level. It automatically adjusts the opening of the valve seat hole to continuously discharge condensed water. When condensed water stops entering, the floating ball drops to the bottom and returns to the closed position, stopping drainage. As the drainage valve seat hole is always below the condensed water level, it forms a water seal, water, and gas natural separation, achieving no steam leakage. Product features: ① It can expand the saturation of condensed water, and the receipt equipment does not contain water that accumulates first, thereby obtaining heating efficiency. ② When the steam pressure changes, it is not affected and can continuously work with stable performance The steam leakage is unpredictable and small, manufactured using grinding technology, with high float accuracy and good sealing performance Good automatic air exhaust performance. ⑤ Long service life, the entire spherical surface of the float can be used as a sealing surface without concentrated wear and tear
