operational principle:
When the valve is first started, the automatic air exhaust device quickly removes non condensable gases from the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature inside the valve chamber increases, and the exhaust device automatically closes. The float rises and falls according to the change in condensate water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat hole and continuously discharge condensate. When the condensate stops entering, the floating ball descends by its own weight, driving the lever to drive the valve core to close the drainage valve seat hole.
Use and maintenance:
1. It should be confirmed whether the maximum values of the material, pressure, and temperature of the valve body can meet the requirements of the working conditions.
2. Before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned to remove debris.
3. The installation position should be as close as possible to the heating equipment.
4. It should be installed horizontally at the lowest point of the pipeline, with the flow direction consistent with the direction marked on the valve body.
5. Each heating equipment should be equipped with a separate drain valve to avoid mutual interference.
6. When ensuring the safe operation of the system, slowly open the valve of the drain valve to gradually warm it up to a normal state.
7. Regular maintenance is required to ensure the normal operation of the drain valve.
