Bidirectional sealed clamp butterfly valve

The valve adopts high-performance composite material sealing pairs or welded alloy steel sealing pairs, which are corrosion-resistant, zero leakage, and have a long service life. The unique floating valve seat structure ensures the bi-directional sealing of the valve, completely solving the problem of eccentric butterfly valves being only able to seal in one direction. This valve has all the advantages of a three eccentric butterfly valve and also has high reliability in bi-directional sealing performance.


There are two connection methods for valves: universal clamp type and lug clamp type. There are three driving methods available for users to choose from: worm gear manual, electric, and pneumatic. When selecting an electric butterfly valve, the performance requirements of the electric device should be specified in detail in the contract; The selection of pneumatic butterfly valves should indicate the details of the required accessories in the contract. Pneumatic devices include electromagnetic directional valves, air source triplets, signal boxes, manual mechanisms, positioners, and other accessories for selection.


1. Bidirectional floating valve seat. 

By scientifically calculating the elastic deformation of the valve under locking pressure and the changes in the clearance of related components, and through dynamic simulation of computer three circle pressure, accurate bidirectional floating data of the valve seat is provided to ensure reliable bidirectional sealing of the valve.


2. Dynamic sealing using the energy of the working medium in the pipeline.

 Regardless of the nature of the work, when pressure is applied to the closed valve seat in a positive or negative direction, the valve seat can automatically fit tightly with the butterfly plate seal and float with the deformation of the butterfly plate under pressure, ensuring the dynamic sealing of the valve. The fundamental difference between this valve and various butterfly valves is that the sealing pressure ratio is determined by the pressure medium of the working medium in the pipeline and the dynamic sealing.


3. High performance composite valve seat.

The composite material achievement in the field of floating valve seat application materials is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene, known as plastic mesh, and high resilience silicone rubber. The valve seat is suitable for working temperatures ranging from -100 ℃ to 200 ℃, and with different valve body materials, it can be suitable for commonly used media such as water, gas, and oil, as well as pure media in industries such as food and medicine, and strong corrosive media in the chemical industry. It is truly high-performance.


4. Alloy overlay welding sealing surface floating valve seat.

The metal floating valve seat and butterfly plate are both welded with alloy steel sealing surfaces, forming a metal hard sealing pair that is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for special working conditions where soft sealing is not suitable.


5. Proper sealing pressure ratio.

The sealing pressure of a valve is established by the pressure of the medium itself, and the sealing pressure varies with the pressure of the medium. In other words, the higher the medium pressure, the higher the sealing pressure of the valve, and the lower the medium pressure, resulting in a decrease in the sealing pressure of the valve. So the valve can automatically adapt to different pressures during sealing tests and operation without adjustment, avoiding excessive compression of the valve seat sealing ring.


6. Each bidirectional sealed high-performance butterfly valve undergoes a strength test before leaving the factory.

Double directional high-pressure sealing test and gas sealing test to ensure zero leakage in both directions of the valve. This valve has various connection methods such as flange type, clamp type, and lug clamp type; There are various operation modes available for users to choose from, including manual, pneumatic, and electric turbine operation. When placing an order, the corresponding valve body material should be selected according to different medium working conditions.


The valve has a small opening and closing torque and a long service life. The outer layer material of the high-performance valve seat is polytetrafluoroethylene, which is a good self-lubricating material. The interior of the valve seat is made of high resilience silicone rubber, which forms the lubrication of the outer surface of the valve seat and has the unique performance of high resilience. Combined with moderate sealing pressure, it reduces the opening and closing torque of the valve and reduces the wear of the valve seat sealing ring. This valve is designed as a double eccentric structure, and the valve opening disc quickly disengages from the valve seat sealing ring, further reducing the wear of the valve seat sealing ring and extending the service life of the valve.
