Therefore, the flow capacity of the valve is larger than that of general regulating valves and there is no leakage, which can be used as a shut-off valve within the allowable pressure difference range. The air opening and air closing functions are achieved by the forward and reverse actuators. This valve is suitable for regulating high viscosity fluids, suspended particles, fibrous media, toxic media, and corrosive media.

Characteristic:

1. Corrosion resistance: It can withstand almost all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia) corrosion.

Structure principle:

The pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is composed of three parts: a pneumatic diaphragm mechanism, a regulating mechanism, and a diaphragm valve. Its structural principle is shown in the following figure. The actuator is an important component of the automatic control system in the production process of pneumatic control valves. It has two forms of action: positive and negative:

When the signal pressure increases and the push rod extends out of the membrane chamber, it is called a positive action, which is combined with the valve to form an air closed type (ZMBT)

When the signal pressure increases and the push rod returns to the membrane chamber, it is called a reaction, which is combined with the valve to form an air open (ZMAT).

The principle is to use compressed air as the energy source power and receive the air source pressure signal input by the electric pneumatic valve positioner or solenoid valve. This pressure acts on the diaphragm of the membrane chamber to generate a thrust compression spring component, and causes the push rod to shift, driving the valve stem to change the flow area between the diaphragm and the valve seat until the reaction of the spring is balanced with the thrust of the signal pressure acting on the diaphragm, thereby achieving the goal of automatically adjusting process parameters.
