The dual phase steel swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and ring used in the middle flange, there are no external leakage points overall, eliminating the possibility of valve leakage. The connection between the swing arm and the valve disc of the swing check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, allowing the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within a 360 degree range and appropriate micro position compensation. Suitable for cleaning media, not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.

1. Compared with 316L and 317L austenitic stainless steel, 2205 alloy of duplex stainless steel has better performance in resistance to pitting corrosion and crack corrosion. It has very high corrosion resistance. Compared with austenite, its coefficient of thermal expansion is lower and its thermal conductivity is higher.

2.Compared with austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel 2205 alloy has twice the compressive strength, and designers can reduce its weight compared to 316L and 317L. 2205 alloy is particularly suitable for the temperature range of -50 ° F/+600 ° F, and can also be used at lower temperatures under strict restrictions (especially for welded structures).
Chemical composition: C ≤ 0.030, Mn ≤ 2.00, Si ≤ 1.00, P ≤ 0.030, S ≤ 0.020, Cr 22.0-23.0, Ni 4.5-6.5, Mo 3.0-3.5 N 0.14-0.20 (austenitic ferrite type)
