Product features:
Low temperature gate valves generally do not use a long neck structure for temperatures above -50 ℃. For gate valves below -50 ℃, the neck length T is generally 500mm, or determined according to our company's design and calculation. Low temperature gate valves are mainly used to output liquid low-temperature media such as ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum products, etc. They are not only flammable and explosive, but also need to be gasified during heating, and the volume expands hundreds of times during gasification.
The material of liquefied natural gas valves is very important. If the material is not qualified, it can cause external or internal leakage of the shell and sealing surface; The comprehensive mechanical performance, strength, and rigidity of the components cannot meet the usage requirements or even break. Causing the leakage of liquefied natural gas medium and causing explosions. Therefore, in the process of developing, designing, and developing liquefied natural gas valves, material is the primary and critical issue. The low-temperature gate valve produced undergoes special low-temperature treatment, placing the rough machined parts in the cooling medium for several hours (2-8 hours) to release stress, ensure the low-temperature performance of the material, ensure the precision machining size, and prevent leakage caused by temperature changes during low-temperature working conditions. 1. To prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle chamber, a pressure relief hole is installed on the inlet side of the gate.
2. Determine the top length of the valve cover based on the working temperature of the valve to ensure reliable sealing of the valve stem packing.
