1Overview of H48Y air discharge check valve
The air discharge check valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of the high-pressure feed pump in the thermal power unit to prevent water backflow and protect the feed pump. This valve works in conjunction with the small flow automatic recirculation bypass valve of the water pump. When the feed pump is in a low load or the outlet shut-off valve is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the water pump. When the air discharge check valve opens, the recirculation bypass valve automatically closes. Not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.
Structural characteristics of H48Y air discharge check valve
As a principle: Open the outlet valve, start the feed water pump, and after the feed water reaches a certain pressure, the valve disc will rise to a certain height under the action of the feed water pressure, push away from the valve seat, and the feed water will flow out. At the same time, due to the rise of the valve handle, it drives the connecting rod to rotate, and the valve plate of the exhaust port is moved, causing the blade type valve of the recirculation to move downward and close the exhaust port. When the water supply flow rate decreases, the valve will fall and push the connecting rod to open the exhaust valve plate, opening the recirculation valve to maintain a small allowable flow rate of the water pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve disc automatically falls and closes the valve port channel to prevent damage to the high-pressure water hammer water supply system.
Structural features: This valve works in conjunction with a recirculation bypass valve to maintain the safe operation of the system. When the main valve disc moves up and down and the medium flows back, the channel is closed with the help of medium pressure and spring action. At this time, the bypass valve opens. When the main valve is fully open, the bypass valve closes. The valve seal is made of stainless steel overlay welding, which has strong wear resistance, scratch resistance, and reliable sealing. Valves should be installed vertically.
