JM744X quick opening mud discharge valve

The quick opening sludge discharge valve is usually installed on the outer wall of the bottom of the sedimentation tank to remove sediment and dirt from the bottom. The valve is divided into two chambers by a reinforced nylon rubber diaphragm. It is operated by a pneumatic or hydraulic source as the actuator, and is controlled by an electric or manual two position four way directional valve to form a pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers, thereby achieving rapid opening and closing, and achieving the purpose of sludge discharge. This valve has frictionless movement and is suitable for granular media such as mud.

The sludge discharge valve generally has the following structural characteristics:

The valve cover comes with a screw, which can be directly operated with a handle when the water depth is shallow; The valve plate is in a conical arch shape with built-in guidance, and the opening operation force is small; The screw and sealing surface are made of tin bronze, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. It can be used in conjunction with a flashlight dual purpose hoist for microcomputer control.

There are generally two types of diaphragm hydraulic and pneumatic quick opening mud discharge valves: hydraulic mud discharge valve and pneumatic angle mud discharge valve. The main feature of this valve is the use of a dual chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism instead of a piston type, without any movement wear. The mud discharge valve is composed of a hydraulic cylinder and an angle stop valve. The power inside the hydraulic cylinder drives the disc to rise and fall, causing the valve body channel to open or close, in order to achieve fluid on-off.

The piston seal of the hydraulic cylinder is an L-shaped cup. The valve disc and valve seat are soft sealed. The mud discharge valve adopts hydraulic or pneumatic angle type quick opening mud discharge valve or manual two position four way directional valve for centralized control.
