Advantages of flanged electric ball valves:

1. The fluid resistance is small, and electric ball valves have the smallest fluid resistance among all valve types. Even for reduced diameter ball valves, their fluid resistance is relatively small.

2. The electric ball valve thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can ensure stable and flexible long-term operation of the valve stem. The sealing performance of the valve seat is good, and the sealing ring is made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to seal in structure. Moreover, the sealing ability of the electric ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.

3. The sealing of the electric ball valve stem is reliable. As the stem only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure.

4. Due to the good self-lubrication of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and the small friction loss with the ball, the service life of electric ball valves is long.

5. The electric ball valve adopts a bottom mounted valve stem and a convex step at the head of the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from spraying out. If a fire causes damage to the valve stem seal, metal contact can also be formed between the convex step and the valve body to ensure the valve stem is sealed.

6. Electric ball valves have anti-static function: springs are installed between the ball, valve stem, and valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.
