Polyolefin: PO

Applicable medium: various concentrations of acid-base salts and some organic solvents.

Features: It is the most ideal anti-corrosion material in the world, and has been widely used in rotating molding large-scale equipment and pipe linings.

Fluorine-lined diaphragm valve: 1. This valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, valve disc, diaphragm, other driving parts, etc.

2. The opening and closing of the valve is driven by the connecting shaft of the electric device to drive the stem nut, which drives the disc to rise and lower when the stem moves axially.

3. When the power supply fails and is interrupted, and the valve urgently needs to be opened and closed, the "hand-electric switching handle" should first be converted to a position engraved with a manual mark, and then the flash door can be opened and closed by rotating handwheel. When rotating clockwise, the valve can be closed; vice versa.

4. When the electric operation needs to be resumed, the "switch handle" must be converted to a position engraved with the electric mark before the electric operation can be carried out.

Installation and use:

1. Valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and it is strictly forbidden to stack them up.

2. Both ends of the passage of the inventory valve must be sealed to prevent foreign objects from entering the inner cavity and damaging the sealing parts. And avoid contact with oil or other flammable items.

3. The metalworking surface of this valve should remove dirt and apply anti-rust agent.

4. Do not paint grease items on the surface of the rubber lining layer or rubber diaphragm, so as not to cause rubber swelling and affect the service life of the valve.

5. During storage or suspension, the handwheel should be rotated counterclockwise so that the valve is in a micro-opened state to avoid losing elasticity of the diaphragm due to long-term pressure.

6. During transportation or installation, the sling shall not be tied to the handwheel or valve stem. It is strictly forbidden to collide with other metals or hard materials to prevent damage to parts and linings. String 6

7. Before installation, you should carefully check whether the operating conditions and media of the pipeline are consistent with the scope of application stipulated by this valve, so as to avoid unnecessary losses caused by improper selection and accidents.

8. In addition to not being suitable for application in the vacuum pipeline, this valve can be installed for two-way flow anywhere in the pipeline, but it should ensure the convenience of operation and maintenance.

9. When installing, the inner cavity of the valve should be cleaned to prevent dirt from jamping or damaging the sealing parts, and check whether the connecting bolts in all parts are evenly fastened.

10. During operation, the parts in contact with the media must be checked frequently, and the fragile parts must be replaced regularly according to the actual use.

11. When you need to change the diaphragm, you should be careful not to tighten or loosen the diaphragm.

12. If this valve is applied to the intermittent operation pipeline, the contact part with the medium should be cleaned during the suspension of use to extend the service life.

13. When operating the longitudinal valve manually, the valve shall not be opened and closed with the help of an auxiliary lever, so as to avoid excessive torque and damage to the driving part or sealing part.

14. After maintenance, the valve needs to be sealed in accordance with the relevant test regulations before application, and can only be installed after passing the requirements. And make a good maintenance record for inspection.
