Products Details
The safety door muffler is used to suppress the noise emitted by high-pressure steam flow. Currently, there are various forms of silencers in the world, and most of them use multi-stage throttling to reduce pressure. Due to their complex structure, large weight, and difficulty in disassembly and maintenance, their application range is limited.

As is well known, safety door silencers should not only avoid excessive noise in the exhaust of boilers and other thermal devices, but also ensure smooth steam flow. Therefore, the commonly used multi-level throttling and small hole injection silencing methods should not be used. This limitation has always been a design difficulty for safety door silencers, and it is also the reason for the poor silencing effect of safety door silencers. The muffler used for safety doors in this utility model also adopts the principles of anti noise, spray noise, and resistance noise reduction. The expansion of a large hole replaces the smaller diameter control hole, which further strengthens the anti noise, spray noise, and resistance noise reduction mechanisms in structure, achieving the ideal noise reduction effect.

Various industrial and mining enterprises use a large number of low-pressure boilers with a pressure of 01.3MPa and below for safety door silencers. There are also a large number of low-pressure thermal devices in the thermal system of power plants, such as backpressure steam turbines, deaerator, auxiliary air heaters, steam turbine oil pumps, boiler continuous discharge, and periodic discharge expansion devices. The exhaust pipe of the above equipment requires a silencer with a lightweight structure and more convenient installation.
