1、 Product Introduction:
A quick connector is a type of connector that can connect or disconnect pipelines without the need for tools. 3、 Product selection and installation:
Installation:
A quick connector female connector mother body, with a through-hole on the mother body, and a steel ball embedded in the through-hole; A male joint column, with a groove on the surface of the column; One card sleeve; The female connector mother body and the male connector pillar body are sealed and matched, and the steel ball on the mother body is clamped into the groove on the surface of the pillar body; The card sleeve is located on the outer surface of the female connector, characterized in that it further includes a pull sleeve, which is set on the surface of the male connector column and connected to the card sleeve on the female connector through its internal thread.
Selection:
(1) The type and temperature of the fluid (please select a quick connector that is suitable for the type, temperature, and sealing material of the fluid) vary depending on the fluid. For example, quick connectors are made of air. It is recommended to make it of steel. If it is made of water, choose brass or stainless steel.
(2) The pressure of the liquid (please select a quick connector that is suitable for the pressure resistance of the fluid): The pressure of the fluid is also the key to selecting a quick connector
(3) The usage environment of the quick connector (please select the structure and material that is suitable for the usage environment): Considering the humidity conditions, dust conditions, and corrosion prone usage environment of the usage environment, consider selecting the type, body material, and sealing material of the quick connector.
(4) Confirm that the selected quick connector connection thread should be consistent: In the use of different brands of products, it is best to use the same brand of female and male heads together. If cross use is necessary, it is best to consult the technical personnel of the product supplier before use, and confirm before use.
(5) The shape and size of the installation (please order the product after determining the final shape and size): Please determine the model and material of the quick connector, and specify the assembly shape and size of the corresponding piping characteristics.
