1、 Electric cast steel flange ball valve driving method:

The electric ball valve actuator is an indispensable driving control device for achieving program control, automatic control, and remote control of electric ball valves. Its movement process is controlled by stroke, torque, etc. Due to the fact that the working characteristics and utilization rate of electric ball valve actuators depend on the type and characteristics of the ball valve, the correct selection of ball valve actuators is crucial to prevent overloading.

The output torque of the actuator is the main parameter for selecting an electric actuator, and the output torque of the actuator should be 1.2~1.5 times the maximum torque of the selected ball valve operation. Secondly, it is necessary to choose the appropriate opening and closing speed based on the different usage conditions of the ball valve, in order to prevent the water hammer phenomenon caused by the fast opening and closing speed of the ball valve actuator.

1. The ambient temperature should be controlled within -25 ℃ -70 ℃.

2. In several situations, explosion-proof electric ball valves should be selected, such as unstable current, environmental corrosion, flammable and explosive situations, special media, and long-term maintenance.

3. Due to the complex structure of the electric motor, it should not be disassembled on its own in case of failure to prevent accidents.

4. Under no circumstances should electric ball valves be knocked or items placed together.

2、 Structural features:
