Product features and uses: Adopting a three-stage ball valve with a full bore design, it has a large flow capacity, low flow resistance, reduces wear, and extends the service life of the valve. The valve seat sealing pair adopts a hidden design to avoid direct damage caused by medium erosion. The valve is equipped with a high wear-resistant sheath made of special materials and processes, and the channel surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide to achieve multi-layer protection and enhance wear resistance. The high wear-resistant sheath adopts a movable joint structure, and users can easily replace it according to the wear of the valve, in order to reduce production and usage costs for users. The sphere is made of special materials and processes, and sprayed with a carbide high hardness coating to enhance its wear resistance and erosion resistance. The valve is equipped with a blowing and discharging function device. Widely applicable to a wide range of media, more suitable for liquids containing hard particles and for pneumatic conveying of powder particle media. Adopting standard structural length and standard flange connection size provides convenience for valve replacement and is more conducive to the technical transformation of the original pipeline system.
