Introduction:

Welded ball valve can be directly buried in the ground, no need to build a tall valve well to reduce the cost of the project, but also can avoid the operation of the valve caused by personnel injury, welding ball valve can be used for a long time and reliably.All welded ball valves are widely used in city gas, city heating, petrochemical, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating station, power plant and other pipeline equipment.

Technical characteristics:

1. The valve body structure is welded as a whole, and there will be no external leakage.

2. The valve seat is composed of PTFE seal ring and spring, which can adapt to the change of pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the range of use.

3. The stem of the anti-leakage structure, the bottom of the stem is a PTFE self-sealing gasket and an O-ring, above which there are two O-rings, two PTFE gaskets, to ensure no leakage.

4. The valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress, and it will not be squeezed out of shape due to earthquake and when the vehicle passes through the ground.

5. Valve body is light and easy to hold heat.

6. Directly buried ball valve can be directly buried in the ground, no need to build tall valve Wells, just set up a small shallow well on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and engineering time.

7. Adjust the length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.

8. The machining precision of the ball is very precise and easy to operate without bad interference.

9. There are two kinds of connection: welding and flange.

10. Operation mode: handle, gear (vertical/horizontal)

11. The warranty period is 20 years under normal operation of the valve.

Product structure:

1. The valve adopts carbon steel seamless steel pipe pressing molding integral welded ball valve.

2. The valve stem is made of AISI303 stainless steel, and the valve body is made of AISI304 stainless steel. After finishing and grinding, it has excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance.

3. The sealing adopts carbon reinforced PTFE inclined elastic sealing ring with negative pressure on the spherical surface, so that the sealing reaches zero leakage, and the application life is long.

4. The valve connection mode: welding, thread, flange and so on for users to choose.Transmission mode: adopt handle, turbine, pneumatic, electric transmission structure, switch is flexible and light.

5. The valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, easy heat preservation and easy installation.This valve is normally installed horizontally.
