The structural diagram can refer to relevant design manuals or product samples, generally including valve sealing surfaces, valve seats, valve cores, valve discs, and other parts. The working principle of an electric regulating valve is to output and control signals from the electric actuator through a controller, thereby achieving valve opening adjustment. When it is necessary to adjust the fluid flow rate, the controller will issue a command to the electric actuator, which drives the change in valve opening through an internal mechanism to change the fluid flow rate

operational principle:

As shown in the following figure, in a variable flow system with significant fluctuations in system load, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) at the two ends of the dynamic balance electric control valve also changes accordingly:

When the inlet pressure P1 increases, (P1-P2) increases, and the electric valve spool moves upwards, reducing the opening between P1 and P2, and reducing the spool pressure P2; When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, (P1-P2) decreases. At this time, the electric valve spool moves downward, increasing the opening between P1 and P2, and increasing the spool pressure P2. Therefore, no matter how the system pressure changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains constant through the adjustment of the electric valve core. Therefore, this type of dynamic valve has strong anti-interference ability and dynamic balancing function;

When the straight stroke electric actuator receives a control signal to move the valve shaft up and down along the A-B direction (or the angular stroke electric actuator receives a control signal to rotate the valve shaft in the R-direction), the opening between P2 and P3 also changes accordingly. Due to the fact that no matter how the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference (P2-P3) between P2 and P3 remains constant, corresponding to any opening position, the water flow conveyed by the electric control valve is constant, and the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric control valve is consistent with its ideal flow characteristic curve without deviation. Therefore, this type of electric control valve has better regulation characteristics than traditional electric control valves.
