Stainless steel flange solenoid valve is an actuator used in industrial process automation control system. It can automatically open or close after receiving the electric control signal to realize the on-off or flow adjustment control of the fluid medium in the pipeline. ZBSF stainless steel solenoid valve is mainly used for the control of corrosive liquids, ultra-clean liquids and edible liquid media.
Structural characteristics of ZBSF stainless steel flange solenoid valve:
1. The main valve can be opened even at zero pressure, and the low-pressure differential flow is large, and the scope of application is wide.
2. Made of special stainless steel, suitable for edible fluids, ultra-clean fluids and corrosive media.
3. Different mediums are used and targeted sealing is adopted to further improve the rationality of the solenoid valve.
4. Liquid, gas, and oil products can be used in combination, which further increases the use range of solenoid valves.
5. In special occasions, it can be energized for a long time, and high temperature resistant materials are used. The temperature of the medium fluid can reach 220 ℃.
Structural principle of ZBSF stainless steel flange solenoid valve:
This valve is a step-by-step direct pilot solenoid valve. According to the switch state when the power is off, it can be divided into a normally closed solenoid valve and a normally open solenoid valve.
Normally closed solenoid valve: After the coil is energized, the armature first drives the auxiliary valve to open under the action of electromagnetic force, and the main valve opens under the action of the formed medium pressure difference and electromagnetic force. The coil is de-energized, the armature parts are reset, and the main and auxiliary valves are closed tightly by the pressure of the medium.
Normally open solenoid valve: After the coil is energized, the armature moves down under the action of magnetic force, pushing the valve plug of the auxiliary valve to move down, until the auxiliary valve is pressed against the auxiliary valve seat and the auxiliary valve is closed. As the pressure difference between the upper and lower pressure of the main valve cup tends to be equal, the main valve The valve cup is pressed tightly by the magnetic force and its own weight, and the valve is closed. The coil is de-energized, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the auxiliary valve plug are lifted by the action of the spring, the auxiliary valve opens, the medium in the main valve cup flows away through the auxiliary valve, the pressure drops, and the main valve cup rises upward by the pressure difference between the upper and lower sides. , The main valve opens, and the valve opens.
