Large diameter high-pressure ball valve
The commonly used materials for forged steel ball valves include carbon steel, alloy structural steel, martensitic stainless steel, and heat-resistant steel. Forged steel parts can use different annealing and normalizing methods to achieve different purposes based on the chemical composition of the steel.

Products Details
Structural Characteristics of Forged Steel Ball Valve Body
This forged steel ball valve body adopts a side mounted valve body structure, consisting of a main valve body, a left valve body, and a complete three piece valve chamber for the auxiliary valve. The structure of the left valve body and auxiliary valve body is relatively simple, while the structure of the main valve body is relatively complex.
Technical requirements for forged steel ball valve bodies
The main valve chamber of the forged steel ball valve body has high-precision embedded valve seat holes. One end is the end flange connected to the pipeline, and the other end is the side flange connected to the left valve body. There is a sealing gasket installation hole on the side flange surface, which includes a thrust sealing gasket installation hole, a support hole for the valve stem, and a packing box.
The accuracy of the valve seat hole, support hole of the valve stem, and packing box hole in the main valve body cavity is generally Ra1.6um. The surface roughness of the sealing gasket installation hole on the side flange surface is generally Ra6.3um, and the roughness of other machined surfaces is Ra12.5um.
Structural Characteristics of Forged Steel Ball Valve Cover Forging Blank
The lower end face of the flange at the lower end of the forged steel ball valve cover is connected to the valve body with a 9-level precision convex stop (boss), and has a valve body sealing welding lip structure. The upper end of the valve cover has a flange connected to the bracket and packing pressure plate. There is a packing box hole inside the upper end of the valve cover, which has an internal stop and an 11 level precision hole. The packing box hole and the convex stop on the lower end face have coaxiality requirements, and the lower end of the inner hole is the upper sealing part connected to the valve stem. There are multiple bolt holes on the lower and lower flanges. The middle outer circle part is a heat dissipation fin structure, and the inner and outer surfaces of the entire valve cover parts need to be machined, and the roughness of each surface is one of the key factors to consider in machining.
