10Emergency shut-off valve
The working principle of emergency shut-off valve:
It is suitable for city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other kinds of gas to make two-position on-off switching for heating and combustion medium pipelines, and the actuator for automatic temperature control.
Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is attracted, the pressure relief hole is opened, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is opened, and the medium flows. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port is closed and the medium is cut off.
Normally open: When the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is closed, the pressure relief hole is closed, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is closed, and the medium is cut off. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port is opened and the medium flows.
Application of emergency shut-off valve:
1. It is connected with the combustible gas leakage monitoring instrument. When the instrument detects the leakage of combustible gas, it will automatically and quickly close the main gas supply valve, cut off the supply of gas, and prevent the occurrence of malignant accidents in time.
2. It is connected with the limit temperature (pressure) safety controller of the thermal equipment. When the temperature (pressure) of the detection point in the equipment exceeds the set limit value, the gas supply valve will be automatically and quickly closed to stop the supply of fuel.
3. It is connected with the central fire alarm system of high-rise buildings. When a fire occurs in the building, it will automatically cut off the gas supply in the building to prevent the occurrence of gas explosion.
4. A ZCR gas emergency shut-off valve is installed in the gas supply pipeline network of the city or factory, which can be centrally controlled in the central control room, and the pipeline gas supply at the accident site can be shut down remotely by remote control.

Spring slam shut valve
The spring emergency shut-off valve is to close the valve or open the valve in an emergency after power failure. When the actuator is energized and operates normally, the storage capacitor is charged. When the power is off, the storage capacitor releases electric energy, which drives the motor and gear device to open and close the valve.
Its advantages are: the charging and discharging time of the storage capacitor is short, and the life time is long.
