1. Pneumatic valve positioner
Positioner is installed in the drive device so that the valve opening and regulator signal consistent equipment. The utility model is mainly used for avoiding the influence of external force, such as the variation of fluid pressure, and speeding up the speed of the driving device. Pneumatic instruments are also used for improved response when the regulator is separated from the valve.
2. Electro-pneumatic valve positioner
Electro-pneumatic valve positioner is a device that converts the electronic regulation signal 4 -20 Ma DC into the air pressure signal and changes the regulation valve opening.
4. Solenoid valve
Solenoid valve can play the role of air circuit switch. Solenoid valve is divided into 2-way solenoid valve, 3-way solenoid valve, 4-way solenoid valve, etc. .
5. Booster
When the air capacity of the booster control valve is large or the pneumatic signal transmission distance is long, the use of the booster can improve the response speed.
6. Speed Controller
Speed Controller is installed in the regulator signal and drive part between the device, so that the regulator signal delay. Can also be used to prevent water hammer phenomenon. Variable orifice/adjustment consists of needle valve with delay set to desired value.
