In actual production, there may be differences due to industry and process differences, but the overall requirement should be to be able to detect abnormal situations on the production site and handle them easily. This includes equipment, pipelines, instruments, control points, etc. The purpose is to ensure stable production operation.

2. The qualities that inspection workers must possess:
To achieve the goal of "four understandings and three abilities", it is not easy to first undergo systematic theoretical training, and then have relatively rich on-site experience. Especially for job transfer personnel (with poor foundation), the difficulty is even greater! The familiarity and mastery of system correlation, sensitivity to changes in process indicators, and equipment operation by inspectors is a gradual process, which is crucial for future inspection work.

3. Inspection requirements
1)Establish a patrol inspection system for production equipment, and improve and establish corresponding records;
2) During the inspection process, the personnel on duty should ensure that they are in five positions, namely "listening, touching, inspecting, seeing, and smelling"
3) Corresponding solutions should be found during the inspection process for any leakage, leakage, dripping, or leakage of pipelines, equipment, valves, and flanges, and records should be kept;

4) During the equipment inspection process, inspectors strictly follow safety regulations, use a high sense of responsibility and a 'look, smell, ask, and cut' inspection method to promptly detect and eliminate potential accidents.

What does inspection rely on? Be meticulous. Patrol is not only on patrol, but also on inspection. Patrol inspection is not just about circling, checking, and hanging a sign to hand over tasks. The key is to check for hidden dangers and eliminate risks. The device is large, the process is complex, the pipelines are scattered, the equipment operates at high speed, and there are frequent occurrences of leakage and various safety hazards. Whether it is the focus of daily inspections or pipelines that are not frequently touched, the inspection should be comprehensive and not careless. Carefully inspect, compare before and after, understand the dynamics, and promptly eliminate hidden dangers.
