The structure of the diaphragm valve form and general valves is very different, is a special form of cut-off valve, its opening and closing parts is a piece of soft material made of diaphragm, the valve body cavity and the valve cover cavity and drive parts separated, is now widely used in various fields. Commonly used diaphragm valves are rubber lined diaphragm valve, fluorine lined diaphragm valve, unlined diaphragm valve, plastic diaphragm valve. Diaphragm valve with corrosion-resistant lining of the valve body and corrosion-resistant diaphragm instead of spool assembly, the use of diaphragm movement to regulate. Diaphragm valve body material using cast iron, cast steel, or cast stainless steel, and lined with a variety of corrosion-resistant or wear-resistant materials, diaphragm material rubber and PTFE. The lined diaphragm has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for the regulation of strong acids, alkalis and other strong corrosive media.

Performance Characteristics:

Advantages:

1, the structure of the diaphragm valve is simple, the fluid resistance is small, and the flow capacity is larger than other types of valves of the same specification;

2, suitable for corrosive, viscous, slurry media.

3, the valve is easy to quickly disassemble and repair, replacement of the diaphragm can be completed in the field and within a short time.

4, no leakage, can be used for high viscosity and suspended particles of media regulation. Diaphragm to isolate the medium and the upper cavity of the valve stem, so there is no packing medium will not leak.

5, diaphragm valve flow characteristics close to the fast-opening characteristics, in 60% of the stroke before the approximate linear, 60% of the flow after the change is not significant.

6, pneumatic form of diaphragm valve can also be equipped with feedback signals, limiters and positioners and other devices to adapt to self-control, programme control or regulating the flow of needs.

7, pneumatic diaphragm valve feedback signal using non-contact sensing technology. The product adopts membrane type propulsion cylinder, instead of piston cylinder, exclude the piston ring easy to damage, resulting in leakage and can not promote the valve opening and closing of the drawbacks. When the gas source fails, you can still operate the handwheel to open and close the valve.

Disadvantages:

1, can not be used for higher pressure occasions.

2, due to the limitations of the diaphragm and lining materials, pressure resistance, temperature resistance is poor, generally only applicable to 1.6MPa nominal pressure and 150 ℃ below.
