Products Details

The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, which are suitable for different requirements of connecting pipes. The sealing surface of the gate and the valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing welding, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good scratch resistance. The valve stem has been quenched and tempered and surface nitriding treatment, with good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. The structure of the opening and closing parts can be designed into different forms such as single plate, double plate, parallel double plate, etc. according to user requirements.

The main features of Z961Y high temperature and high pressure electric gate valve:
(1) The fluid resistance is small. The internal medium channel of the gate valve body is straight, and the medium does not change its flow direction when flowing through the gate valve, so the flow resistance is small.
(2) It is labor-saving to open and close. When opening and closing, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. Compared with the globe valve, the opening and closing of the gate valve is more labor-saving.
(3) The flow direction of the medium is generally not restricted. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate valve, and both can achieve the purpose of switching on or off. Toilet installation, suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.
