Pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the diaphragm is used to sense the outlet pressure change, and the pilot valve is opened and closed to drive the piston to adjust the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, so as to realize the function of pressure reduction and stabilization.
Based on the common pressure reducing valve, the following improvements have been made to the high sensitivity steam pressure reducing valve, such as increasing the piston area, changing the throttle structure, changing the sealing form, improving the guide valve structure and adjusting spring form, so as to improve the performance of the product from the following aspects.
High sensitivity steam pressure reducing valve improves the sensing efficiency of outlet pressure change, improves the sensitivity, and greatly reduces the pressure deviation caused by upstream pressure change, flow change and other factors. The streamline distribution is improved and the noise is reduced. The structure of the sealing surface is improved and the service life of the sealing surface is prolonged. Pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the diaphragm is used to sense the outlet pressure change, and the pilot valve is opened and closed to drive the piston to adjust the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, so as to realize the function of pressure reduction and stabilization.
Pressure reducing valve is mainly used in steam pipeline, which is suitable for steam pipeline with large inlet pressure change and large flow change.
Pressure regulating steps of pressure reducing valve:
1 Close the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve and open the gate valve behind the pressure reducing valve to create the downstream low pressure environment.
Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to the top position (relative to the lowest outlet pressure), and then close the back gate valve of the pressure reducing valve.
2 Slowly open the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve to full open;
3 Slowly turn the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (based on the gauge pressure behind the valve); After adjustment, lock the lock.
4. Open the back gate valve of the pressure reducing valve by locking the nut.
5. If the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure during adjustment, it must be readjusted from the first step, that is, it can only be adjusted from low pressure to high pressure.
