Introduction:

Welding ball valves are widely used in different fields, its superior quality and high performance stability is out of reach for ordinary cast steel ball valve, the service life of full welded ball valve is far greater than cast steel ball valve, full welded ball valve is widely used in city gas, urban heating, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, steel, gas station, power plants and other kinds of pipe devices.

Welded ball valve can be directly buried in the ground, no need to build a tall valve well to reduce the cost of the project, but also can avoid the operation of the valve caused by personnel damage, welding ball valve can be used for a long time reliable operation, in the normal operation of the valve, the warranty period of 20 years.

Technical characteristics:

1. The valve body structure is welded as a whole, and there will be no external leakage.

2. The valve seat is composed of PTFE seal ring and spring, which can adapt to the change of pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the range of use.

3. The leakage prevention structure of the stem, the bottom of the stem is provided with 1 PTFE self-sealing gasket and 1 O-ring, above which there are 2 O-rings and two PTFE gaskets to ensure no leakage.

4. The valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress, and it will not be squeezed out of shape due to earthquake and when the vehicle passes through the ground.

5. Valve body is light and easy to hold heat.

6. Directly buried ball valve can be directly buried in the ground, no need to build tall valve well, only set up a small shallow well on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and engineering time.

7. The length of the valve body and the height of the stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.

8. The machining precision of the ball is very precise and easy to operate without bad interference.

Product structure:

1. The valve adopts carbon steel seamless steel pipe pressing forming integral welded ball valve.

2. The valve stem is made of AISI303 stainless steel, and the valve body is made of AISI304 stainless steel. After finishing and grinding, it has excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance.

3. Sealing using carbon reinforced PTFE inclined surface elastic sealing ring negative pressure on the spherical surface, so that the seal to achieve zero leakage, long service life and other advantages.

4. The valve connection mode: welding, thread, flange and so on for users to choose.Transmission mode: adopt handle, turbine, pneumatic, electric transmission structure, switch is flexible and light.

Delivery Details : Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or 15-30 days if the goods are OEM or not enough subject to the order quantity. But anyway, normally, we are able to make sure the delivery will not exceed 45 days.
