Working principle:
The "LL" type four-way ball valve only needs to operate the wrench or actuator to rotate the ball 90 degrees, which can switch the flow direction of the two media at the same time, which is convenient and fast, and realizes the effect of one valve with multiple functions.

Structural features and uses:
1. Small fluid resistance: the cross-section of the connecting pipe between the sphere and the valve body is equal, and the sphere channel is connected by an arc. The medium passes through the sphere, and the fluid resistance is small.
2. Good sealing performance: The valve seat is made of PTFE material with certain elastic deformation and high strength, which achieves good sealing performance and ensures the stability of the valve.
3. Long service life: Austenitic stainless steel is used for the valve core and light neck material, and the valve seat material is PTFE, which can achieve good corrosion resistance and prolong the service life of the valve.

Product advantages:
1. The manual part can adopt a handle made of steel plate or a handle made of stainless steel. The handle is equipped with a limit structure to set limits at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on a key device, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle is clearly marked on and off.
2. The valve stem is forged and modulated by A182F (1Cr13) as a whole, with a hardness of HB220～250. The valve stem is connected to the handle through a flat key or a spline or a square key, which has strong versatility and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve stem is provided with a blow-out prevention structure.
3. The packing of the valve is made of braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroene sealing ring, so that the valve stem can achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
4. According to needs, the ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are set between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body to avoid static ignition and ignite flammable substances and ensure the safety of the system.
5. The sealing pair has various forms. According to different working conditions, soft seal, hard seal, fire valve seat and other structures can be selected; below DN150 is the form of floating ball, and below DN200 is the form of fixed ball.
6. Auxiliary sealing structure can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve, and a grease injection valve can be installed on the valve seat and the valve stem, which can be temporarily sealed in an emergency, and the valve stem can be lengthened according to the need to be suitable for laying in the ground.
