The pneumatic three-way internal threaded ball valve is composed of a pneumatic piston type double-acting or single-acting (spring return type) actuator, with a proportional adjustment type (using an electric-pneumatic valve positioner, powered by electric signals and compressed air, and accepts input from the control system The 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signal can change the rotation angle of the ball core to realize the proportional adjustment action). Two-position switching type (using electromagnetic reversing valve, valve position echo device, AC220V or DC24V power supply voltage and compressed air as power to achieve rapid switching control of fluid media).
Working principle:
The ball of the pneumatic internal thread ball valve is divided into L type and T type. The pneumatic actuator drives the ball to rotate through 90 degrees to achieve the control purpose of reversing, or through the rotation of 180 degrees to achieve the control purpose of reversing and diverging flow. The direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the chance of failure. The threaded connection is suitable for small pipelines, which is more economical.
Features:

2. Good sealing performance: the elastic deformation of the four-sided valve seat material PTFE is used to achieve leak-free sealing.
