Main structure and characteristics:
This valve is mainly composed of left and right valve body, U-shaped sealing ring, gate, steel nut, valve stem, bracket, cylinder, etc. The opening and closing of the valve is completed by the action of the cylinder. Structural features of this valve:

Pneumatic knife gate valve pneumatic and electrical control function description:
1. Double electronically controlled three-position five-way solenoid valve is used to control the pneumatic knife gate valve cylinder, and a three-position ping-pong switch is used to control the gate valve to stay at the upper limit, lower limit and any position.
2. When the gate valve stays at the upper limit position and the lower limit position, the upper limit position and the lower limit position switch will send out a set of normally open or normally closed independent signals for electric shock. Can be used as a status indicator.
3. When the gate valve stays at the upper limit and lower limit position, the limit switches at the upper limit and lower limit position automatically cut off the power supply of the corresponding control coil of the solenoid valve. In this way, when the gate valve stays at the upper limit position and the lower limit position for a long time, the electric control coil of the solenoid valve is not energized, which can avoid heating of the solenoid coil, increase the service life of the solenoid valve, and greatly improve the reliability.
4. When the gate valve stays at the upper and lower limit positions for a long time, the air source is cut off and does not consume air, but the air pressure of the locked valve cylinder is still maintained in the cylinder to ensure reliable parking.
5. In the process of cylinder switching, the control power supply is cut off, the air inlet and outlet of the cylinder are also cut off at the same time, the air pressure of the locked valve cylinder is still maintained in the cylinder, if the cylinder piston, solenoid valve and air connection are not leaking, the gate valve can be in any position Stay for a long time.

Pneumatic knife gate valve operation instructions:
1. According to the electrical wiring diagram of the pneumatic knife gate valve. Connect the wires. Note that the voltage of the control power supply is DC 24V,
2. A three-position ping-pong switch is used to control the opening, closing and stopping of the gate valve, or a double contact point is used to control the opening and closing of the gate valve.
3. When leaving the factory, the upper limit position and the lower limit position send out a set of normally open independent signal contacts. If necessary, a set of normally closed independent signal contacts can be sent out by changing the connection. Used as a status indicator.
