Valve purpose:

GQ47H PN16 ~ PN100 rail ball valve is suitable for petrochemical, LPG storage, refinery, natural gas, compressor system, oil and gas transmission pipeline, light industry, textile and other industries.

Basic features:
Traditional ball valves, whether floating or fixed, always contact the ball with the valve seat, so the switch torque is large, and the sealing surface is easy to damage. However, when the track ball valve is opened and closed, the ball deflects first, and then turns. In the whole process of opening and closing, the ball is separated from the valve seat, so the valve seat will not be scratched, and the opening and closing torque is small.
1. There is no friction between opening and closing. This function completely solves the problem that the traditional valve seals are affected by friction between sealing surfaces.
2. Top mounted structure. The valve installed on the pipeline can be directly inspected and maintained online. It can effectively reduce the device shutdown and reduce the production cost.
3. Single seat design. The problem that the medium in the valve cavity is affected by abnormal pressure rise is eliminated.
4. Low torque design. Special structure design of the stem, just with a small hand wheel valve can easily open and close.
5. Wedge seal structure. The valve is sealed by the mechanical force provided by the valve stem to press the ball wedge onto the valve seat. The sealing performance of the valve is not affected by the change of pipeline pressure difference, and the sealing performance is reliably guaranteed under various working conditions.
6. Wide range of applications, diameter from small to a few millimeters, up to a few meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should be spherical at the inlet and outlet, so as to cut off the flow.
7. Self cleaning structure of sealing surface. When the ball tilts away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes through the sealing surface of the ball at 360 ° evenly, which not only eliminates the local scouring of the valve seat by high-speed fluid, but also washes away the accumulation on the sealing surface, so as to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
